Software R&D Manager

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the functional design, database design, and interface design of company products or projects, participating in the coding of core modules, leading the team to carry out key technical breakthroughs and application optimization.
2. Responsible for database query optimization, index optimization, and data buffering guidance for company products or projects.
3. Responsible for cluster distribution, load balancing, high availability design, and deployment guidance for company products or projects related services.
4. Responsible for the technical integration evaluation of company products or projects, as well as the writing of relevant technical documents and acceptance reports.
5. Responsible for the management arrangement, schedule control, performance evaluation, and employee motivation of the technical team for company products or projects.
6. Responsible for customer related solution design, training, system operation and maintenance, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from a computer related major.
More than 2.7 years of experience in software development, design, and implementation, leading the technical design and implementation of large-scale projects. Priority will be given to those with more than 10 people in technical research and development team management experience
3. Proficient in Java language and familiar with using development frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis.
4. With years of experience in database design, query optimization, index optimization, data buffering, and other performance optimization work, familiar with various aspects of the software project lifecycle delivery cycle.
5. With years of experience in developing and deploying MySQL, Oracle, and Redis, cluster distribution, load balancing, and high availability.
6. Familiar with microservice architecture, with experience in Docker, K8S, or high traffic service design preferred;
