Vice President of Sales (Rail Transit)

Job responsibilities:
1. Based on the overall development plan of the company, formulate medium - and long-term plans for the development of rail transit business, as well as annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans, and organize their implementation;
2. Establish and improve the organizational structure, job responsibilities, workflow, rules and regulations, and basic management work of the rail transit business;
3. Responsible for collecting and organizing investment information for rail transit business projects, conducting preliminary investigation and argumentation of investment projects, conducting business condition evaluations and negotiations for projects;
4. Lead the financial calculation, feasibility study, writing feasibility report, and drafting implementation plan for rail transit investment projects, evaluate the conditions and analyze the development and construction of the implementation plan for rail transit investment projects issued by the government;
5. Responsible for negotiating and signing commercial contracts for rail transit projects, as well as implementing contracts;
6. Responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of construction plans for rail transit projects, as well as completing acceptance and delivery;
7. Responsible for maintaining public relations between rail transit projects and the government and relevant partners;
8. Other tasks assigned by the company;
Qualification:
1. Between the ages of 35 and 50 (suitable for those with excellent conditions), possessing good professional ethics, strong dedication and sense of responsibility;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from relevant majors such as Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Economic Management;
3. More than 10 years of relevant industry experience, and more than 3 years of relevant job experience;
4. Having rich practical experience in business expansion, project preparation, design, construction, project management, and operation management of rail transit projects;
5. Having strong market development spirit for rail transit projects, overall planning ability for the entire industry chain, and practical operation ability;
